Throughout our work together, Shaylisa was incredibly pro-active. When she said she would do something, she got it done (and probably did some extra things too). This was incredibly reassuring and made working with her very enjoyable. She has a very easygoing, congenial personality, which definitely helped me as a first time home buyer feel comfortable. She did a fabulous job assessing our needs/wants and then sticking to them. My mom, on the other hand, has a number of funny stories of realtors trying to show her condos when she was looking to buy a house with enough land for horses. Shaylisa remained conscious of our budget and did her best to stay within it. I really appreciated that. And of course, not to be forgotten, Shaylisa’s organizational skills and presentations were amazing. I loved the folders with overviews, maps, etc. She really helped me keep track of what we saw—in fact so much so, that when I went back through all her printouts before closing I was able to recall details of each house we saw (and we saw a lot!).
